Predicting user perceived satisfaction and reuse intentions toward Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) in the Covid-19 pandemic

The Covid-19 pandemic restricted the people around world's boundaries. Therefore, online learning's importance increased in current era, an essential topic for research. Students are actively using Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) while at their homes during pandemic. This research investigates Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use Technology model (UTAUT) quality factors to predict users perceived satisfaction reuse intentions toward MOOCs We collected data from three public universities Wuhan, China 298 who were participated this proposed hypotheses tested by PLS-SEM. findings revealed that effort expectancy social influence directly impacted users' performance course positively through MOOCs. found critical role era. Finally, provides important theoretical implications researchers practical developers, technologists, policymakers developing effective systems strategies environments. In addition, study some limitations future guidelines researchers.
